i was born in manila on the 31st of december 1982. because of my fathers profession my family and i travelled a lot during my childhood. our journey together began in surabaya indonesia. we stayed there for 2 years, followed by acapulco mexico, rustenburg south africa, altnau in thurgau switzerland, wil in st gallen switzerland, manila philippines, sydney australia, klenenhorn in wallis switzerland, bern, and lastly zürich where i am currently working for sv schweiz ag after absolving my apprenticeship as a chef at urs messerli last year in berns mille sens restaurant markthalle. it was a really tough 3 years apprenticeship but as they say what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. cooking for gourmet restaurants is such an amazing feeling however it takes up alot of your personal time and energy. thats the reason why i decided to work for sv schweiz ag and take a break. once in a while im working on art projects and doing art for myself.
